Physiyoga

 
 

Physiyoga sessions are designed to empower clients to bring about change in pain, posture, and functional movement through their own agency. While results vary as much as human beings do, common outcomes include the following:

  • Reducing pain through shifts in the nervous system 

  • Replacing patterns of tension and strain with  patterns of fluid ease, length and sustainable strength

  • Recovering functional movement that has been inhibited by an injury, surgery or condition

  • Creating effortless, upright posture and functional alignment

  • Releasing mental distress and emotional blockages held within the body

We’ll blend mindful movement, somatic dialogue, light touch, self-applied bodywork, and multi-traditional yogic practices to cater to your goals and constitution. 

Our instructor, Chelsey Kapuscinski has thousands of hours of interdisciplinary training including multiple Yoga Certifications, Somatic Experiencing, Rolfing, Thai Bodywork and Breathwork.

Physiyoga is beneficial to use in either any of the following ways:

  1. As a complement to your Rolfing Ten Series.

  2. As a stand-alone service to accomplish any of the outcomes stated above.
