How many sessions will I need?
The amount and frequency of sessions needed depends on many factors - how old the scar is, how large/deep the scar is, how your body responds to ScarWork, and your general health. We’ll begin with one session and create/adjust a treatment plan as we go.

How often should I practice yoga with you?
For best progress, aim for 1-2 times per week. It is possible to meet both virtually and in-person.

As part of our commitment make quality holistic healthcare accessible to our community, we offer several reduced fee slots. In filling these slots, we prioritize clients with multiple minoritized identities that otherwise won’t be able to access our services. This includes, but is not limited to those who identify as: BIPOC, LGBQIA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual), Trans, non-binary, gender-creative, Poly/CNM, Sex worker, Living with a mental or physical disability, Immigrant/undocumented, Experienced housing instability, Involved in the foster care system. We also prioritize clients who are able to commit to consistent sessions during their course of treatment.
Minimum fees are calculated based on operating costs and ensuring a fair wage for our practitioners. We'll email you once a spot becomes available.
